Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with JAFZA manufacturing business goals focusing on talent acquisition and retention
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for the manufacturing unit from onboarding to exit ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting appraisals and feedback to enhance employee productivity within the manufacturing environment
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment in the JAFZA factory
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds relevant HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD, demonstrating professional HR expertise.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience within the manufacturing industry, specifically in JAFZA.
- Exhibits in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, including those specific to JAFZA.
