HR Operations

• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Maintain personnel files and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate probation confirmations and renewals.
• Handle HR correspondence and official letters.

• Support recruitment processes and coordination.
• Arrange interviews and candidate communication.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Manage visa processing, labour cards, Emirates , and medicals coordination.
• Support disciplinary procedures and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.

• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain internal HR frameworks.
• Support performance review processes.
• Support training coordination.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years HR experience in the UAE.

Experience in engineering consultancy services environment preferred.

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
