Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement to onboarding. Screen candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Issue offer letters and handle pre‑joining documentation. Manage employee onboarding, induction and joining formalities. Maintain employee records, documentation and HR trackers. Handle attendance, leave management and employee data updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws. Manage asset allocation and maintain asset records.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities. Assist in performance tracking and probation monitoring. Handle employee exit process, including clearance and documentation.
