* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for physicians.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified medical professionals.
* Collaborate with department heads and hospital leadership to understand staffing needs.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to hospital recruitment policies.## Requirements
* Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically recruiting physicians or healthcare professionals.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
