- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing screening and interviewing to offer management and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for Property Consultants, Sales Managers etc
- Coordinate and post job advertisements across platforms such as Linked In and Indeed, ensuring alignment with brand tone and compliance standards
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate suitability based on experience, motivation and alignment with Barnes brand values
- Support the Head of Recruitment in designing recruitment campaigns, referral programs and employer‑branding initiatives
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accuracy of candidate records and reports
- Contribute to weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as time‑to‑hire, source performance and retention rates etc
- Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires experience a smooth integration into the company
- Stay up to date with UAE labour laws, recruitment best practices and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness in talent attraction
