Responsibilities

  • HR Operations – Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and internal transfers. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems. Process payroll changes, benefits administration and compliance documentation.
  • Employee Engagement and Experience – Support the design and execution of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being and satisfaction. Coordinate employee surveys, analyze results and recommend actionable insights. Plan and execute events, celebrations and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Talent Development – Assist with performance management processes ensuring alignment with company goals. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth. Partner with managers to provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting – Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover, headcount and engagement. Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration – Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, offering advice and resolving concerns effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations relevant to.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employee-centric solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture.
