Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR & Talent Advisory Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into a clear people agenda.
- Support leadership hiring and talent decisions to strengthen capability and performance.
- Lead performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession discussions; ensure strong leadership pipelines and continuity plans are in place.
- Workforce Planning & Succession: develop and implement workforce planning across business units; assess current talent, identify gaps, and plan future hiring needs.
- Work closely with Finance and leadership to align headcount with budgets and business priorities; build and maintain succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Culture & Employee
Experience:
champion company culture and ensure values are embedded in daily operations; lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and overall experience; support leadership in driving a high-performance, people-focused environment. - HR Governance & Policies: provide guidance on HR policies and ensure consistent application across the business; ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal governance standards; support leadership on complex employee matters with sound judgment.
- 10 years minimum in HR.
- Bachelor's degree minimum qualification.
