Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top IT talent through diverse channels including social media, networking events, and industry‑specific platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates, assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation, providing a positive and efficient candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in full‑cycle IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews, with 5‑7 years of experience.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels such as social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Experience implementing IT headhunting strategies while staying abreast of the latest industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Networking skills to establish connections within the industry and build a talent pipeline.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Comfortable negotiating job offers, developing compensation structures, and managing the offer acceptance process.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Results‑oriented focus on meeting recruitment goals.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in the recruitment process.
