Our client is a well-established family‑owned business with more than 25 years in the UAE, looking for the following position on an urgent basis:
Position
: HR Head
- Full‑time HR Head based in Dubai, UAE.
- Remote work is not accepted.
- Headhunt potential candidates for two neighbouring entities in Dubai.
- Conduct screening and interviews for candidates remotely and in the office.
- Hire shortlisted candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities , but not restricted to
- Handle recruitment paperwork.
- Process / Cancel Visas.
- Enter payment orders to UAE bank accounts.
- Required qualified CA / CA intern candidates.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fast‑paced, highly analytical, and detail‑oriented with a sense of ownership.
- Experience in implementing an HR system (SaaS or software) would be a distinctive asset.
