About the role
My client is a leading UAE business with over 2000+ employees. They are looking for an outstanding HR Operations Manager to join their people function.
Onboarding- Lead onboarding activities, ensuring all new hires complete required checks, inductions, and system setups.
- Oversee onboarding administration, including documentation, compliance, and health and safety processes.
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance and accountability.
- Support managers in addressing employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and professional support.
- Deliver effective administrative assistance to internal teams, ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
