Responsibilities
- Source, assess, and conduct interviews for candidates across different roles within the automotive sector.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to negotiating offers.
- Foster and sustain relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders to grasp their staffing requirements effectively.
- Deploy diverse sourcing methods to attract high-caliber candidates in a competitive job market.
- Keep hiring managers updated on the progress of vacancies and candidate pools regularly.
- Work closely with the HR team to devise and implement effective recruitment strategies and industry best practices.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet recruitment objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruiting is desirable.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a preference for the automotive industry.
- Profound knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and recruitment best practices.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
