Responsibilities

• Source and attract top construction talent by proactively engaging with industry professionals and leveraging specialized job boards.
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the unique demands of the construction sector, from skilled trades to project management.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews, to ensure a strong fit for demanding project environments.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical construction roles, anticipating future project needs and workforce fluctuations.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand project scopes, technical requirements, and team dynamics.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• Demonstrated understanding of construction trades, project management methodologies, and relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA).
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment marketing technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
