Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts ensuring recruitment processes attract top-tier candidates and promote a diverse workforce.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication and mediation.
- Design and execute comprehensive training and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a senior or managerial role within a medium to large organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and ethical standards in all HR activities.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and management, with an ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
