Responsibilities
- Define and lead KnowBe4's global Talent Management strategy, integrating L&D, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Own the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, including goal-setting, review cycles, and calibration processes.
- Design and execute global hi-potential identification and succession planning programs for critical leadership roles.
- Build career development frameworks, including competency models and internal mobility programs.
- Oversee the design and delivery of all manager and employee development programs, from onboarding to leadership development.
- Optimize talent technology platforms, driving full integration with Workday to create a seamless talent experience.
- Champion the adoption of agentic AI and intelligent automation within talent workflows, such as AI‑driven learning recommendations and skills gap analysis.
- Establish talent analytics capabilities to track engagement, internal mobility, and succession bench strength.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of learning, enablement, and talent professionals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, L&D, or related People functions.
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, and hi‑potential programs at scale.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday talent, learning, and performance modules.
- Experience implementing or scaling a Learning Management System (LMS) across a global workforce.
- Familiarity with agentic AI tools and intelligent automation applied to HR/talent workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable executive strategies.
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CPLP/CPTD, or ICF‑credentialed coaching).
