The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The role ensures the company attracts, develops, and retains talented employees while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support conflict resolution and mediation processes.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Assist managers in setting performance goals and evaluating employee performance.
- Develop performance improvement plans when required.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Coordinate payroll preparation and ensure accurate employee records.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs.
- Organize employee orientation and onboarding sessions.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Manage employment contracts, visa processing, renewals, and labor documentation.
- Keep company policies updated in line with legal requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics.
- Manage leave records, attendance monitoring, and employee documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policy updates to employees and management.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration.
