This is an opportunity for an experienced search professional who thrives in a consultative, research-driven environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

You will take ownership of senior-level and hard-to-fill assignments across Europe, the Middle East, and international markets, delivering executive search projects for leading data centre operators, developers, consultancies, contractors, and infrastructure businesses.

The role combines executive search methodology, talent intelligence, stakeholder management, and business partnering within a fast-growing international recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities Executive Search & Recruitment Delivery
  • Lead retained and contingent search assignments from brief to placement.
  • Develop and execute targeted search strategies across global markets.
  • Identify, engage, and assess passive candidates for senior and specialist positions.
  • Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed timelines.
  • Manage candidate processes through interview, offer, negotiation, and onboarding stages.
  • Build long-term relationships with industry professionals and market leaders.
Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence
  • Conduct comprehensive market mapping exercises.
  • Identify talent pools, competitor structures, and hiring trends.
  • Produce talent intelligence reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide salary benchmarking and market insight across key sectors.
  • Support business development activities with market research and candidate intelligence.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring challenges and workforce needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Deliver consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategy and market conditions.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional client and candidate experience throughout every engagement.
Talent Pipeline Development
  • Build and maintain specialist talent communities.
  • Develop long-term candidate engagement strategies.
  • Create and manage succession pipelines for critical roles.
  • Maintain accurate talent market data and CRM records.
Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to the development of Worldwide rs' executive search capability.
  • Support recruitment process improvement initiatives.
  • Share market intelligence and best practices across the wider team.
  • Help strengthen Worldwide rs' presence within the data centre and infrastructure sectors.

What We're Looking For
Experience
  • 5+ years' experience within Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consultancy, or In-House Recruitment.
  • Proven success recruiting senior-level and specialist talent.
  • Experience with in one or more of the following sectors:

    • Construction
    • Infrastructure
    • Engineering
    • Energy
    • Real Estate
    • Mission Critical Environments
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex recruitment projects.
  • Experience working with international clients and candidate markets.
