As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts across the business.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and hiring property consultants, brokers, and real estate support staff within the UAE market. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of Dubai real estate and can identify top-performing talent in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify and attract top real estate talent through Linked In, job portals, networking, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department Heads
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Minimum 3 year of talent acquisition or recruitment experience within Dubai real estate
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and real estate roles
- Experience hiring property consultants, brokers, or sales professionals is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Linked In Recruiter and major job portals
- Currently based in Dubai
