Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies in line with Emiratization goals.
- Source and recruit candidates using job portals, NAFIS, and other recruitment channels.
- Support HR in workforce planning and filling vacancies across departments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with HR systems and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related social sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Emiratization/Tawteen programs.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and HR information systems.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
