Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy HR Generalist to drive Technical Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, PMS, and HR Operations. You will leverage modern AI-driven HR tools to optimize sourcing efficiency, streamline candidate evaluation, manage the complete employee lifecycle, and maintain robust operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Recruitment & Sourcing:
Use AI recruitment platforms, semantic search, and automated tools to engage passive technical talent and run initial assessments. - Technical Evaluation:
Conduct rigorous screening of complex plant roles such as Extrusion Injection Molding Operators, Blow Molding Specialists, Toolroom Technicians, QA Engineers. - Pipeline Management:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to support rapid manufacturing scaling. - Learning & Development:
Partner with plant supervisors to identify skill gaps across shop-floor blue-collar and corporate white-collar staff; administer an AI-powered Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver personalized upskilling paths. - Onboarding & Compliance:
Manage technical onboarding and critical safety HSE compliance training. - Performance Management System (PMS):
Help department heads implement objective data‑driven KPIs tailored for manufacturing and logistics outputs. - Appraisal Cycles:
Oversee annual and mid‑year performance reviews ensuring fair calibration across all factory shifts. - Performance
Coaching:
Use HRIS data and analytics to spot high‑performer trends and constructively manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). - HR Operations & Employee Relations:
Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, leave management, and exit interviews. - HRIS & Data Integrity:
Maintain accurate employee database profiles on the HRIS, generating operational reports and analytics. - Policy & Compliance:
Resolve employee grievances, ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, and coordinate with the PRO for visa processing and labor card renewals.
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience strictly within plastics, packaging, or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; technical engineering or materials science degree highly preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven ATS, automated screening tools, and modern HRIS/PMS platforms.
- Deep familiarity with plant machinery terminologies (molding, extrusion) and shift‑work dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and data‑driven decision‑making.
