Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of sponsored visas from initial application to renewal and compliance ensuring adherence to all immigration laws.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company sponsored employees and immigration authorities, proactively addressing any queries or issues.
- Develop and implement robust internal processes for visa management, including documentation tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular audits of visa compliance to mitigate risks and ensure all sponsored employees meet regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, immigration law, or a dedicated visa coordination role.
- Proven expertise in managing various visa types and sponsorship programs, ideally within the tech or multinational sector.
- In-depth knowledge of global immigration regulations and compliance requirements.
