ResponsibilitiesAs an HR consultant you will play an integral role in the business, managing clients and candidates across the Middle East. You will work closely with the Managing Director and interact with senior decision makers in multinational, local and startup businesses. Your key responsibilities include building strong relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and providing guidance on HR topics.
QualificationsYou should have experience working as a recruitment consultant in the Middle East. You must be a relationship builder at heart, comfortable on the phone and meeting candidates. Business development and interest in HR are important. Prior experience recruiting HR positions is not essential; training will be provided. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide advice is essential.
