We are seeking an HR Manager to join a specialized cybersecurity consultancy firm. Our client provides premium threat intelligence, risk assessment, and incident response services to high profile organizations. This role is crucial for shaping the company culture and managing talent within a highly competitive industry.

In this position, you will oversee all human resource functions for the regional business. This includes talent acquisition for highly specialized technical roles, employee onboarding, performance management, and regional labor law compliance. You will partner with business leaders to develop retention strategies and foster an inclusive workplace environment.

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within a technology or professional services firm.
• Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle in the UAE.
• Strong familiarity with tech recruitment, specifically within cybersecurity or engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee relations sensitively.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and corporate compliance regulations.
• CIPD or equivalent human resources certification is highly desirable.
