Al Boom Marine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail HRBP to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
. This is a Full-Time position within a leading investment holding company that is an architect of innovation and growth. Headquartered in Dubai with a presence in over 12 countries, Scope Investment drives progress across a diverse portfolio including real estate, food & beverage, retail, and healthcare. As a strategic partner to our thriving retail division, the Retail HRBP will be instrumental in aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives, providing expert guidance, and fostering a high-performance culture across our retail operations.
- Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the retail division.
- Proactively support the delivery of HR processes and initiatives across the retail sector.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on UAE labour law and company HR policies.
- Drive recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain high-calibre talent for our retail stores and support functions.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights and data-driven recommendations to the retail leadership team.
- Champion organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and employee engagement.
- Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role, with significant experience in the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and proficiency in HRIS systems.
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-national organisation.
