Holiday Inn & Suites Science Park is looking for a talented Human Resources Managerto join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses, the Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026 sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be dealing with the social, economic, financial and business aspects related to Human Resources. Overall creating a positive, engaging and fun work environment for colleagues while keeping an eye on the budget and expenses. Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide guests with a unique experience and ensuring of compliance with relevant employment laws, policies and procedures!

- Human Resources experience of 3-4 years is required in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to build cohesive teams and solid working relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of the job market in the United Arab Emirates.
- Enjoy training and motivating others to reach their maximum potential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities and a driven nature.
