We are looking for a qualified
Legal Advisor
to join our UAE office. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support to the company’s operational activities, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, maintaining proper legal documentation, and advising internal departments on various legal matters.
- Ensure proper legal documentation and support of the company’s day-to-day operational activities.
- Draft, review, and amend contracts, addenda, agreements, protocols, and other legal documents.
- Prepare legal documents, resolutions, internal policies, and other company regulations.
- Draft documentation for notarial actions and registration procedures.
- Prepare and manage legal correspondence, requests, responses, conclusions, and claims.
- Conduct legal analysis of current UAE legislation and regulatory initiatives and prepare relevant legal opinions.
- Handle annual KYC procedures for the company, license renewals, and related compliance processes.
- Communicate with UAE governmental and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth company operations.
- Manage document legalization processes with government authorities.
- Ensure full legal compliance and operational integrity across all company departments.
- Maintain and organize the legal department’s documents in both physical and electronic formats.
- Process tickets and inquiries received via the company’s legal bot or from other departments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with existing legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Provide legal advice and consultation to company employees on a wide range of legal matters.
- Assist employees with drafting requests, letters, and applications related to legal documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Strong knowledge of UAE legislation
and local regulatory practices. - Proven experience in legal drafting, compliance, and government liaison.
- Excellent analytical and legal research skills.
- High level of
commercial and legal awareness
. - English proficiency at
C1 level
or higher.
