You will be involved in a broad mix of capital markets work including:
- Global Medium Term Note Programmes
- Islamic Finance and sukuk transactions
- Regulatory Capital and Liability Management Transactions
- Convertible Bonds
The right candidate for this position will have fantastic academics and have trained at a top rated City practice. As a senior level lawyer you will have a strong desire to relocate to the Middle East and the ambition to succeed in a market leading practice. You must be admitted as a solicitor or lawyer in the UK.
