We are seeking an exceptional Associate with 5+ years post-qualification experience to assist our team with the matters in the Middle East Region. This is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge deals that make headlines and help shape the region's business landscape.

As an Associate in our Dubai practice, you'll benefit from:

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice;
• Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials;
• Proven track record on complex, cross-border transactions;
• Commercial acumen and ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice;
• English fluency (written and verbal) essential.

Highly Valued:

• Experience in Middle East markets or willingness to relocate to the UAE;
• Arabic language skills (written and verbal);
• Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution;
• Common law qualification (UK, Australian, New Zealand, or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE.
