Legal Counsel; Civil Litigation – UAE Experienced

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Counsel (Civil Litigation) – UAE Experienced position located in Dubai.

• Draft and prepare legal memoranda for civil court proceedings.
• Manage case submissions and follow-ups through the Public Prosecution portal.
• Provide accurate legal analysis and advice in accordance with UAE civil law.

• Licensed to practice before the Dubai Courts (must hold a valid Dubai Court accreditation/document)
• Demonstrable experience handling civil court matters in the UAE
• Strong legal drafting and Arabic communication skills
• Strong knowledge and expertise in UAE Law and a deep understanding of UAE legal systems
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and managing agreements effectively
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing documents
• Ability to analyze Legal Issues and provide sound solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate effectively
• Relevant legal qualifications, such as a degree in Law, and professional certifications
