We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to support our expanding operations across the UAE, KSA, and the wider region.
- Provide timely, proactive, and business‑oriented legal services to all managerial levels across the Middle East business.
- Deliver clear, practical legal advice on regulatory, commercial, and operational matters.
- Manage corporate entities across the region, including formation, maintenance, restructuring, or liquidation.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, consultancy contracts, development agreements, standard‑form contracts, and subcontracts.
- Ensure all contracts protect the company’s interests while supporting commercial objectives.
- Maintain awareness of relevant legislative and regulatory developments impacting the real estate and construction sectors.
- Support the Senior Legal Counsel on complex legal and regulatory matters.
- Assist in managing disputes, claims, and legal notices on an as‑needed basis.
- Provide early‑stage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Support the development and delivery of legal training for non‑legal staff.
- Attend internal and external meetings, prepare written/oral legal advice, negotiate with third parties, and conduct legal research where required.
- Qualified lawyer with 5–10 years’ experience in a reputable law firm or in‑house legal team, ideally within real estate or construction.
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to balance commercial priorities with legal risk.
- High level of maturity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Able to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.
