The lifestyle and the workBased in Dubai, you’ll join a highly regarded Middle East Banking team advising on complex, cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters across the Gulf region.
Your work will span:
- High-profile stressed and distressed credit matters
- English, UAE and Saudi law transactions
- Conventional and Sharia-compliant financings
- Cross-border restructurings and strategic advisory work
- Direct client exposure with banks, funds and financial sponsors
You’ll be trusted with responsibility, supported by senior lawyers, and fully integrated into a global banking and restructuring platform.
Who this suitsThis role is ideal for an Associate or Senior Associate who:
- Has 3–7 years’ PQE in restructuring, insolvency or special situations
- Enjoys complex, fast-moving and commercially driven work
- Wants greater international exposure without compromising on work quality
- Is comfortable taking ownership and building long-term client relationships
- Is fluent in English and open to working in a truly multicultural environment
✨ Prior Middle East experience or Arabic language skills are welcome but not required.
