Madison Pearl is partnering with a renowned government entity in Dubai for an opportunity of Legal Specialist. The purpose of this role is to provide legal support to organizations affairs, and ensure compliance with laws through effective legal advisory, contract drafting and negotiation, legislative review, and compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the drafting and reviewing of contracts / agreements and other legal documentation, to preserve legal interests, and ensure compliance with all applicable policies, domestic and international laws, rules, and regulations.
- Review, draft, analyse and provide legal advice to ensure that proposed laws and legal reforms are aligned with Dubai’s interests.
- Assist in monitoring compliance requirements and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assist in managing and organizing legal events to promote and raise awareness of various legal issues that affect businesses and support their development.
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- 4 – 6 years of experience with focus on commercial and business law.
- Well versed with corporate procedures.
- High command of English & Arabic (spoken & written).
- Only Emiratis will be considered.
