Responsibilities
- Draft review and edit legal documents contracts and correspondence in both English and Arabic. Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and company policies.
- Conduct legal research on various topics including laws and regulations case precedents and industry-specific legislation. Summarize findings and provide insights to the legal team.
- Assist in managing legal cases and projects including organizing case files maintaining accurate records and tracking deadlines.
- Liaise with clients government authorities and other stakeholders. Schedule meetings and facilitate effective communication between the legal team and external.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements for the legal team.
- Support the legal team in ensuring the companys compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Translate legal documents and communications between English and Arabic ensuring accuracy and legal precision.
- Bachelors degree in law Legal Studies or a related field.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role is advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and legal research databases.
