International Arbitration & Complex Disputes Associate (2–4 PQE) Leading International Law Firm | Dubai

We are advising on an exciting opportunity with a leading international law firm in Dubai for a mid-level associate (2–4 PQE) to join its market‑leading International Arbitration and Complex Disputes team.

The Dubai team is led by a prominent figure in the regional arbitration market, widely recognised for handling complex project and construction disputes, energy and infrastructure matters, and high‑value, multi‑jurisdictional proceedings. The practice is regularly instructed on headline‑level disputes, including EPC‑related arbitration and large‑scale infrastructure claims, and works closely with colleagues across London and other international offices.

This role offers genuine cross‑border exposure, early responsibility on significant matters, and the opportunity to work within one of the most highly regarded disputes teams in the Middle East. The firm is investing strategically in the growth of its Dubai practice, making this an excellent time to join a globally integrated team with strong regional momentum.

The firm is seeking a 2–4 PQE associate from a leading UK, US or international firm, with solid experience in international arbitration and/or complex construction disputes. Experience in EPC, energy or infrastructure‑related matters will be particularly advantageous.
