This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Lawyer role based in Dubai. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents, providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters, and managing complex transactions. The Corporate Lawyer will also provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships while ensuring all activities align with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications- Specialized knowledge and experience in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Commercial Law
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Analytical and research skills to assess legal risks and implications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and resolve complex legal challenges effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Law is required; a Master's degree or equivalent legal qualification is preferred
- Must be eligible for registration as a Legal Consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department (DLAD).
- Experience in the corporate sector or legal advisory roles is highly desirable minimum 2 - 4 years
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic (reading/writing) is a significant competitive advantage for dealing with local authorities and mainland contracts
