Senior Real Estate Lawyer

We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join our client on a 6 month in‑house secondment based in Dubai
. This role will support large‑scale residential and commercial projects across the Emirates and requires hands‑on legal expertise in real‑estate matters.

You will advise internal stakeholders on a broad range of real‑estate matters, including land acquisition, sales and purchases, leasing (commercial and residential), strata and co‑ownership structuring, off‑plan developments, and regulatory compliance.

• 5–10 years PQE, admitted in a common law or regional jurisdiction.
• Strong UAE or GCC experience in real estate law, including transactional and advisory work.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts such as SPAs, lease agreements, MOUs, and off‑plan sale structures.
• Experience interacting with UAE authorities such as DLD, RERA, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant regulators.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and provide commercially focused legal advice.
• Previous in‑house experience with real estate developers or investment entities preferred.
