This company is seeking to appoint a new Commercial Lawyer to their operation.
The role will provide expert legal guidance on a wide spectrum of complex matters, particularly EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation), Oil & Gas, construction, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and governance.
The role will support the business through proactive legal counsel, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and managing regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

- Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Support

The role holder will be responsible for day to day operational matters across the region in conjunction with the senior team, enjoying a broad remit and the opportunity to get involved with the areas detailed above.
Profile required:
- Common law qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably from an international law firm or multinational in-house legal team.
- Experience in construction / energy / offshore sectors.
- Commercial Contract Expertise:
Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts, including EPCI, M&A, JV’s, and other commercial agreements. - In-depth knowledge of local and international legal frameworks, particularly the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC jurisdictions.
- Strong business relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- The role will suit a strong, commercially astute lawyer used to operating within a multinational corporate environment.
