Paralegal – Corporate
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded international law firm in Dubai who are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Corporate team. The firm is looking for a confident and organised Paralegal to provide essential support to fee earners across a varied caseload of corporate matters.
The FirmThe Paralegal will join a respected Dubai-based practice known for delivering high quality legal services to multinational corporations, regional businesses and high net worth individuals. The firm offers a collaborative working culture, strong supervision and exposure to cross-border transactions within a structured and professional environment.
The RoleThe Corporate team manage a broad caseload including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, company in corporations and regulatory advisory work across the UAE and wider GCC region.
You will play a key role in ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
The role will include:
- Manage administrative workload under the guidance of fee earners
- Assist with file opening, compliance checks and case management
- Draft standard correspondence and legal documents using precedents
- Support with due diligence exercises and document review
- Assist with company in corporations, corporate filings and licence applications
- Prepare board minutes, resolutions and corporate governance documents
- Liaise with clients, government authorities and third parties via telephone and email
- Conduct legal research on UAE corporate and commercial regulations
- Maintain accurate file records and manage deadlines
You will be a proactive and reliable individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Corporate environment.
The Paralegal will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively
- Experience supporting Corporate or Commercial matters
- Confidence working to deadlines and under pressure
- Experience in a similar role is essential, those without experience will not be considered
