Project Development Lawyer

Project Development / Construction Associate – 2–4 PQE

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented and commercially minded Project Development / Construction Associate to join its highly regarded Projects team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major infrastructure and energy developments across the GCC, with a strong focus on non-contentious construction and project development matters.

• Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts, PPAs, and related project documentation
• Supporting developers, sponsors, and lenders on project structuring and delivery
• Assisting with legal due diligence for infrastructure and energy investments
• Advising on risk allocation and contractual frameworks for large-scale projects
• Working closely with partners and senior associates on major regional mandates

• Qualified solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction or project development
• Experience advising on infrastructure and/or energy projects (regional experience advantageous)
• Strong drafting skills and a good understanding of risk allocation principles
• Commercially aware with strong communication and organisational skills
• Motivated, collaborative, and keen to develop within a leading projects practice
