, is looking to hire a proactive and experienced
Warehouse Supervisor
to oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth workflow, and timely dispatch of goods in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Oversee loading and unloading activities, ensuring safe handling and proper documentation.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures in line with company policies and safety regulations.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to warehouse employees, ensuring productivity and performance standards are met.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse at all times.
• Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Train new warehouse staff and provide continuous guidance on proper warehouse practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in logistics or freight services.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and safety practices.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
