As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and profitability. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales and profit targets; manage P&L and budgets.
- Lead and develop the team through training, motivation, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Implement local marketing strategies and promotions.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control operational costs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
- Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and operational reports.
- Skilled in training, motivating, and retaining staff.
- Proficient in customer relationship management and problem‑solving.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Experience in handling multi‑million sales volumes is a plus.
