Junior Operations Manager - Dubai
As a Junior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our company's branch in Dubai. Your main goal will be to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently, while also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and supervising a team of employees, including scheduling work shifts, training new hires, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the company's operations in Dubai, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and logistics.
- Developing and implementing strategies for improving efficiency and productivity within the branch.
- Communicating regularly with upper management to provide updates on operations and discuss any issues or concerns.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees to ensure that goals are being met.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure smooth coordination between different branches.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam language.
- Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills both verbally and written.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. This position does not require English proficiency or provide accommodation. Freshers are encouraged to apply as we are willing to train the right candidate.
