Job Summary

My Client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor(JAFZA import/export regulations) to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, team leadership, and logistics coordination, with a proven ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and effective team management.

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with JAFZA import/export regulations.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Identify and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies and warehouse efficiency.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse software and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of JAFZA regulations is essential.
