Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will maintain operational efficiency, coordinate with internal teams, and support management in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of the department or branch.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct pre-shift briefings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, warehouse, and other teams for smooth workflow.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate as necessary.
- Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Maintain proper documentation for operations, deliveries, and inventory.
