Fit Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Fit Out Director to lead and manage high-end fit-out projects in the luxury industry across the GCC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with both current and potential clients. This position demands an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury fit-out market.

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of luxury fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Understand their needs, expectations, and preferences to deliver customized solutions.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury fit-out sector. Develop strategic plans to grow the business and expand market presence in the GCC
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, designers, and contractors. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met. Provide regular financial reports to senior management.
• Quality Control: Ensure all projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Implement rigorous quality control processes.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best terms and quality of work.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing high-end fit-out projects in the luxury industry within the UAE or KSA markets.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
