Maintenance Assistant Manager

Role Overview

To ensure cost-efficient maintenance operations by optimizing internal and external resources, minimizing operational disruptions, and maintaining a high-quality experience for employees and customers.

• Manage and oversee all maintenance activities, including planning, resource allocation, and execution.
• Supervise maintenance teams and ensure efficient maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, spare parts, and cost control.
• Manage annual maintenance contracts and vendor relationships to ensure timely service delivery.
• Oversee calibration of store equipment including ovens, makelines, HVAC, and signage.
• Lead emergency maintenance responses when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and proper documentation.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and oversee asset management.
• Support new store openings, relocations, and remodeling projects.

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Effective problem-solving and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with a hands‑on approach.

• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with asset management and maintenance tracking systems.
• Technical troubleshooting and team leadership skills.
• F&B experience is mandatory.

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in F&B or QSR environments.
• Electro‑mechanical engineering background is preferred.

• UAE – Head Office with regular coordination and support for stores.
