What You Bring to the Table

2 to 5 years in HR, with 1–2 years leading teams in hospitality or luxury and passion for crafting moments that turn colleagues into a tight-knit community.

A proven ability to attract and retain top talent in fast-paced environments with a flair for innovation, whether in wellness, engagement, or career development.

Experience in crafting onboarding journeys that inspire and excite with the ability to anticipate needs and create solutions before they’re needed.

A talent for employee relations that build trust, loyalty, and high performance with the love for storytelling using culture to create a narrative that resonates.
