Position: Call Center Manager: Lead Performance & Customer Excellence
A customer service company in Dubai is seeking a Call Center Manager to lead operations. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring service excellence, and analyzing metrics for performance enhancement. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years' experience in a call center, fluency in Arabic and English, and strong leadership skills.
