Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement LR’s Middle East strategy to achieve revenue, margin, sales, technical development, brand positioning, and market share objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight across key internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships at senior leadership and executive levels with naval and government clients.
  • Directly manage key new and existing naval and government clients.
  • Provide commercial guidance to colleagues and technical teams to develop naval service offerings.
  • Monitor and review sales performance and competitor activity, delivering account plans and forecasts to meet targets.

  • The ability to make a meaningful impact in shaping naval safety, sustainability, and performance in the Middle East.
Required skills and qualifications

  • More than 10 years’ experience at senior organisational levels with a thorough understanding of the naval business and its stakeholders.
  • Membership in an appropriate professional institution; chartered, incorporated, or professional engineer status is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders at executive leadership levels.

  • Proven solution selling and negotiation expertise.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional and internal teams.
Join us at Lloyd’s Register and help shape the future of the maritime industry through safety, innovation, and trust.

If you our vision for safety and sustainability, we want to hear from you.
