Project Manager; Civil

Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential high-rise real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with design teams, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive success across all phases of development.

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from pre-concept to handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Manage risk assessments and resolve project-related issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support procurement and contract negotiations in coordination with legal and commercial teams.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in real estate or construction project management.
• Proven track record of delivering residential and/or commercial real estate projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality, RERA, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
