You will use your senior leadership skills and deep understanding of commercial roofing to establish a brand presence within a new market. This is a greenfield operation and you will use your first hand knowledge of the market, clients and competitors to scale operations.

• 15+ years of experience within commercial roofing
• Proven background operating at a senior leader/director level with responsibility for teams, budgets and delivery
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale commercial and industrial projects
• Track record of managing multi-project portfolios
• Hands on experience with P&L, cost control and margin improvement
• Knowledge of health & safety, quality systems and risk management
